Learn the art of butchering with the team at Broughgammon farm this January who will lead the practical afternoon sharing everything you need to know about butchering a lamb at home .

Dedicated to field to fork farming, Broughgammon farm prides itself on being able to butcher their meats at their on-site butchery.

During this hands-on afternoon, guests will be taught everything from knife handling skills, cutting techniques and will also take home a complimentary boning knife and the meat cuts ready to cook.

Located between the popular towns of Bushmills and Ballycastle, the forward thinking Broughgammon Farm provides ethical and sustainable produce fresh from its small farm in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Established in 2011, the farm offers a variety of services such as an artisan on-site butchery, where they teach the art of butchery and handling wild game, the weekend open farm where the members of the public can get up close and personal with farm animals and the delicious farm café where they serve up innovative baked goods using sustainable and homegrown produce.
