Come along and join the festive cheer with Slow Food Causeway director Paula McIntyre MBE at The Arcadia.
Guests will be taken on a festive culinary adventure as they will be welcomed by a special Christmas cocktail and treated to a special Christmas tasting menu inspired by Taste Causeway Slow Food producers.
Enjoy a six course Italian inspired supper which celebrates the finest produce of Taste Causeway such as Guiseppe Guisti Balsamic, Slow Food Presidia Red Cow parmesan cheese and charcuterie from Corndale Farm.
Guests will also be given a Taste Causeway Christmas recipe card designed by Paula to recreate the dishes at home.
About Paula McIntyre MBE:
Having trained in Culinary Arts at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island, USA, Paula McIntyre MBE has dominated the Northern Irish food scene.
Specialising in fine dining and catering for events, Paula is a regular attendee to events such as Balmoral Show, Glenarm Castle Festival and Flavours of Foyle Seafood Festival.
This year, Paula presented her own TV programme on BBC. Hamely Kitchen was filmed on the Causeway Coast, taking the area’s stunning landscape and local food provenance to a new audience.
Paula is an established food writer and has a regular Saturday morning radio slot on Radio Ulster featuring her favourite recipes and food stories.
Paula is a Director Slow Food Northern Ireland and represents NI on the Slow Food UK board.
