Join Ruairidh from North Coast Smokehouse for an afternoon of curing and smoking some seafood favourites. A hands-on masterclass, you will learn the techniques of smoking hot and cold fish. 

There will be cold smoked tasters and Ruairidh will be showing you how to fillet, cure and hot smoke trout which you will then do yourselves on the day with Ruairidh’s assistance.

This is a wonderful chance to learn artisan skills off an award winning smoker. Plus you’ll get to take home your smoked trout and your own small scale smoker to share your new skills with family and friends.
