Broughgammon Farm is proud to be part of the Économusée, or ‘working museum’, network in Northern Ireland offering visitors an hour- long ‘Farm to Fork’ tour to take you on a journey through their artisan food business.

Come and see the kid goats and bull calves on the farm and learn their story from waste product to sustainable food source.

Back at their eco-butchery watch the craft butchers use traditional skills and modern knowledge to make their award-winning artisan products, and learn about the different cuts from goat, veal and wild game.

In the round-top barn learn about the history of the farm, the ‘Potato Wizard’, and the Irish Famine.

Learn about the importance of sustainability and the environmental ethos that drives what is done at the farm.

Finally take time to taste the produce and peruse the farmshop where you will discover the full array of offerings from meatboxes to ‘good-life’ courses as well as a host of other local food and crafts to buy.

And don’t forget your free cookbook to take home with you at the end!
