Broughgammon Farm is an award winning, forward thinking family farm providing ethical and sustainable produce from their farm in County Antrim.

The Cole Family set up the farm back in 2011, when they saw that the majority of male kid goats born to the dairy industry were being put down at birth. They set out to take those males and rear them themselves for delicious and healthy cabrito kid goat meat. Since then they’ve branched out into rearing free-range rose veal and also seasonal wild game. In 2019 they began producing vegetables and edible flowers. You can purchase Broughgammon Farm produce from their Farm shop or online at https://www.broughgammon.com/meat-boxes-uk-ireland-goat-veal/

They now have their own artisan on-site butchery, where we teach others the art of butchery and handling wild game. They also run foraging courses with Forage Ireland throughout the year, herbalist workshops, seasonal cookery classes, fermenting workshops and more! They also offer farm tours as a member of the Économusée network and run regular artisan food workshops and supper clubs. To find out more about their farm tours visit https://www.tastecauseway.com/portfolio/broughgammon-farm-economusee/
