Ursa Minor Bakehouse based in Ballycastle is a real bread bakehouse specialising in sourdough bread, patisserie and viennoiserie.

Ursa Minor Bakehouse are part of the Économusée project which is designed to showcase traditional crafts and help artisans to tell their story.

You can visit the bakehouse and learn a little about what they do, how they do it and why by following their storyboards downstairs below the cafe.

You can also book in for a tour / workshop and the team will show you around the bakehouse and explain in more detail how they make their bread, show you different techniques and you might even get a chance to get your hands in some dough!
