Bushmill's Inn Movie Nights
20th & 30th March, 6th April - I Wanna Dance with Somebody
Enjoy a great evening out at The Bushmill's Inn with a delicious 2 course dinner followed by a movie and popcorn in their boutique cinema. Thursday nights are movie nights and dinner is served at 6pm followed by the movie at 8pm.

The Truffle Shuffle
15th April, 2pm to 4pm

During this ultimate chocolate experience Chief Chocolatier, Geri Martin from The Chocolate Manor in Coleraine will guide you through making moulded and hand-rolled truffles. You will craft ganache, and flavour your own truffles, maybe even with a nip of your favourite tipple, if you wish!
You will also learn the process of tempering chocolate – an essential skill for chocolate-making at home and you will practice a range of decorating techniques and explore toppings and ways to make the tastiest truffles you’ve ever had!

Dinner with Ursa Minor
31st March - Cork based pastry chef Beth O'Brien will be creating a delicious dessert alongside Ciara's savoury dishes for this multi course feast.
14th April - Tara Gartlan will cook up a delicious feast with Ciara.
12th May - expect foraged ingredients in this multi course feast. With the usual focus on local and seasonal this dinner celebrates spring and fresh flavours!
26th May - Lorna from Tacacucina, Rachel from Boundary Brewing and Mike from Mikes Fancy Cheese will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Evening of Local Produce

Experience the exceptional foodie culture of our area with Causeway Coast Foodie Tours.
On this tour you will travel by luxury small coach through the area, with 5 planned stops giving you the opportunity to experience the fresh outdoors and taste locally produced artisan, award winning foods. You will meet the makers at one of our local artisan markets, visit an exceptional farm & savour the world-famous Bushmills Whiskey, distilled in the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world.
Our producers will tell you of their history and experiences, how the produce is grown/reared and why they take such pride in it.

The Spirit Of The Bann

Causeway Coast Foodie Tours is offering this unique river whiskey tasting experience on the River Bann. The tour takes place on board MV Kingfisher where you will be introduced to a selection of whiskies produced by Bushmills Distillery, along with a special whiskey directly associated with the local area. The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of local produce, including charcuterie, cheeses, dipping oils, and chutneys.

Latte Art Course

In this interactive course Fidela Coffee Roasters will show you how to steam the perfect pitcher of milk and cover some basic latte art designs. You will briefly cover espresso preparation before exploring all things milk and latte art. This course is very hands on, with plenty of time spent practicing and the main focus will be how to steam and texture milk like your favourite barista!

Come and join Broughgammon Farm in their renovated round top barn for a convivial celebratory feast of the beautiful artisan produce from their regenerative farm in Ballycastle.
Broughgammon will be serving up an array of exquisitely cooked food that reflects the season.

Do you want to acquire some basic chocolate tempering skills in a fun and hands on workshop? This experience is for you. The Chocolate Manor will help you create a selection of moulded chocolate treats! Led by Chief Chocolatier, Geri Martin you will begin by learning the fundamentals of working with chocolate at home and learning which equipment you need. You will then move on to hands-on chocolate making, practicing tempering chocolate to create a delicious selection of flavoured chocolates.

Home Espresso Course

This course with Fidela Coffee Roasters is ideal for people who are just starting their coffee journey and have a keen interest in learning what makes the perfect espresso at home.
It is also ideal for baristas who have been making coffee for a while, but would like to improve their skills.

Fermentation at Broughgammon
2nd April, 11am to 1pm
Learn the art of seasonal fermentation in this class at Broughgammon Farm in Ballycastle. You’ll be making a variety of fermented foods and drinks. You will see a demonstration of Seasonal Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Kombucha, make your own and take some home at the end. There will also be a demonstration of how to make Milk Kefir. demonstration.

Easter at Broughgammon

Easter has hatched at Broughgammon Farm! Come and celebrate with a fun family day out at this award winning sustainable farm as seen on BBC’s Countryfile and BBC’s BnB by the Sea!
There’s an Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt around the farm and you may just spot the Easter Bunny himself on your way!
There will be eco-friendly, seasonal crafts and lots of baby chicks, baby goats and calves to meet!
Finish up with a trip to the charming farm cafe where there are many mouthwatering treats to purchase.

A Shepherdess Supper
Friday 7th April
Delight your taste buds with this gourmet adventure hosted by local shepherdess Wendy Dempster from The Lamb Van. Wendy will guide you through a 4 course tasting menu at Gracehill Golf Club, showcasing her grass fed Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured Lamb complemented with the finest local ingredients.

Kids' Easter Chocolate Experience

Join The Chocolate Manor in Castlerock for the most Eggs-citing Easter experience on the North Coast!
In this one hour kids only experience, the egg-stra special guests will make three eggs-cellent chocolate creations using the finest Belgian chocolate!

In this Eggsciting 90 minute experience, participants will make a tantalising and tasty selection of Easter themed chocolates – tailored to the ages of those attending. Beetroot & Apple Relish Workshop

Join Amanda from Jam at the Doorstep in her farmhouse kitchen and learn how to make beetroot and apple relish.
Amanda will talk to you about pickling your own beetroot at home too. You will even get to eat beetroot & chocolate cake! The class includes everything needed to make the relish, recipes, brunch, farmshop samples, refreshments and cake. You will be able to shop in the Farmshop before or after your workshop.

This is an excellent showcase of local food, culture, heritage, and traditions, and it is an ideal destination for anyone looking for an authentic experience. These markets provide an opportunity to meet many of Northern Ireland's creative small businesses and producers.
The market is a great stop on a Causeway Coast day trip due to its proximity to Ballycastle Beach and the charming town of Ballycastle with its many local coffee shops, restaurants, independent shops, and proximity to local iconic attractions.

The Taste Causeway Chocolate Experience

The Chocolate Manor are proud to have been a founding member of Taste Causeway and in their Taste Causeway Experience, you will be introduced to an exclusive selection of local artisan products and learn how to pair them with the finest chocolate.
You will handcraft a delectable collection of chocolate truffles – during each Taste Causeway experience Chief Chocolatier Geri Martin will guide you through making ganaches with the stunning selection of local artisan products.

Causeway Speciality Market
Second and fourth Saturdays of each month, 9am to 4pm
Causeway Speciality Market is held in Coleraine Town Centre on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month, with a number of extra markets throughout the year.
There are over 45 stalls at the market selling a wide range of locally made artisan food and drink, seasonal produce, local art and unique crafts.

Bushmill's Distillery Tours

Join one of the Bushmill’s Distillery’s whiskey educators to see first-hand how the craft of whiskey- making is carried out at Old Bushmills Distillery.
