Member Information

Created by Stephanie Neumann-Flynn, the spice range has been developed from a passion for baking and cooking. Stephanie had been adding her own blends of spices for years before bringing her experience to the market.
The core Artisan Pumpkin Spice was developed first, using Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, vanilla and cardamom. Like all her blends the spices are gently roasted to release flavours and natural oils, before grinding, making them burst into life when added to recipes.
Nothing is added to the blends such as fillers, flour, salt or sugar, and unlike supermarket pre-ground spices all are fresh.
Stephanie’s Artisan Winter Spice is loosely based on the German Lebkuchengewurz, a cookie spice blend, a taste she had experienced while growing up in Belgium, from where she and her parents frequently went to the traditional German winter and Christmas markets. It contains nine high-quality spices that are gently toasted, ground and then blended together in a secret recipe.
Partie De Moi’s Atlantic Everything’s Seasoning draws from the United States and uses Mussenden Sea Salt, to bring a taste of the Atlantic Ocean to your cuisine. Toasted black and white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic and onion flakes add crunch, texture and a nutty flavour to countless savoury dishes. It is a perfect accompaniment to popcorn, noodles and much more, as well as being versatile enough for bread and dough recipes.
Artisan Sugar and Spice is a blend of rich, warming spices and sweet, almost caramel tasting sugar which gives an end product that is both versatile and ready to use in any cuisine.
The latest addition to the Partie de Moi range is the Omi Seasoning, based on a flavour Stephanie associates with her German Grandmother (Omi). This herby, verdant, garlic deliciousness can be added to meat, fish, chicken and tofu as a seasoning or a crust. Used with roasted, vegetables and make vinaigrettes or dips if mixed with creme fraîche.
