Chief Chocolatier, Geri Martin will guide you through making moulded and hand-rolled truffles.

Under the guidance of the team at The Chocolate Manor you will craft ganache, and flavour their own truffles, maybe even with a nip of your favourite tipple, if you wish!
You will learn the process of tempering chocolate – an essential skill for chocolate-making at home! You will practice a range of decorating techniques and explore toppings and ways to make the tastiest truffles you’ve ever had!
You will be offered a hot chocolate drink and you will be given the recipes you have used on the day. You will also be given a tempering guide so that you can recreate the truffle magic at home. There is also a 10% voucher for purchases in the Chocolate Shop.
