Frank and Rachel, founders of Fidela Coffee Roasters, began their coffee journey several years ago in Colombia following a visit to Frank’s family coffee farms.

Education is a key part of their ethos, not only do they educate the farmers back in Colombia but they also enjoy educating their coffee drinkers too. Visitors to the roastery will be shown the story behind the coffee and might even roast fresh coffee on site when they visit.

Their Coleraine to Columbia Coffee Experience includes a tour of the roastery where you will be shown all the work that goes on behind the scenes and the dedication to quality at every step. You will also learn how the work Fidela are doing in Coleraine makes a difference to their farmers in Columbia.
One of Fidela's trained baristas will take you through the cupping process, allowing you to experience how they taste coffees at the roastery to form tasting profiles.
