At Finca, each dish is carefully prepared with locally sourced ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. The chickens are marinated for 30 hours in a blend of spices and slow-roasted over charcoal, resulting in a rich and authentic flavour profile. Customers can enjoy a delicious meal while supporting local farmers and producers.

Led by Frank, a skilled cook with roots in Nariño in the south of Colombia; Finca emphasises the importance of "farm to table" freshness and community involvement.
